Rose ERP's Web Shopfront application provides your business with its own customized web site, where you can showcase products, take orders, and accept payments on line. Products may be categorized in a multi-tiered structure, and classified (for example by size or colour). Purchase and sale prices may be set up, and custom prices may be established for selected customers. Promotions and favourites may be designated, and may be showcased on your web site. Inventory Management

Inventory Management is a complete multi-warehouse system for tracking stock. Goods may be designated as serialized, in which case each stock item is designated a unique serial number and tracked independently. Consignment stock is supported. Stock adjustments and transfers may be entered, and delivery dockets produced on demand. Adjustments may be posted automatically or manually. Accounting

Rose ERP's accounting application is fully-featured, to include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. Build and track invoices, recurring invoices, cash receipts, budgets, purchase orders, payments, and recurring payments. Bank reconcilliation facility makes auditing simple. Create file required for sending electronic payments to banks. Full general ledger reporting including balance sheet, profit and loss, trial balances, aging and tax. Customer Relations Management

Rose ERP's Customer Relations application allows businesses to track customer details, contact persons, communication history and notes. Customizable classifications are available for categorizing your customers. Manufacturing

Manufacturing allows businesses to designate products as either raw materials or finished goods. Bill of Materials is used to turn raw materials into finished goods, and stock adjustments are created automatically to maintain stock levels. Costs may be allocated against general ledger accounts and the resultant transactions are created. Serialized goods may also be manufactured, and product history is maintained through the process. Asset Management

Assets may be maintained for your business or for your customers. General ledger accounts may be designated with an asset type, and when purchase orders, AP invoices or GL transactions use the account, an associated asset must be specified. In this way a history of expenses related to an asset may be tracked, useful for budgetting purposes. When AR invoicing, you may also designate a customer asset, useful in providing and tracking maintenance services for your customers.

Human Resources Management

Rose ERP's Human Resources Management gives businesses the ability to maintain employee information within a multi-tiered organizational structure, including leave, training, qualifications, delegations, positions, rewards, work centres, payscale groups, workcover, incidents, and corporate cards. Extensive executive reporting and graphs are available to provide statistical analysis of employment data. Employement events such as leave, hiring and training may be viewed in calendars.

Marketing

Rose ERP's Marketing application allows businesses to collect email addresses, and subscriptions for newsletters or other marketing documents. Subscription registrations may be accepted on line or by company reps, and mailouts sent on demand. Demographics may be kept against persons, customers or addresses, and used to generate email mailouts or mailing labels.

Documentation Management

Documents may be constructed in a series of multi-tiered sections, which may consist of images, formatted text, bullet or numbered lists, links or a horizontal line. Acrobat PDFs may be generated for a document or any section thereof. Documents may be secured for view or update, and security permitting, edit mode may be turned on. This application is ideal for making available training manuals, administration guides, company policies and guidelines, etc.

Photo Gallery

Photo galleries may be created and viewed, and galleries or individual photos may be secured. Date, time, author, name, description and watermarks may be assigned to photos, as well as count of times viewed. Photos may be categorized, linked to products, articles, web advertisements, customers, or persons.

Content Management

Rose ERP's Content Management application is ideal for storing newsletters, articles or other corporate documents. Articles may include either formatted text, upload of an external document such as an Acrobat PDF or Microsoft Word file, or a link to a document elsewhere on the network or internet. Articles may optionally be secured, to control who may view it.

Scheduling

Daily, weekly or monthly calendars may be used to view events of any type. Resources such as conference rooms or vehicles may be managed with their own calendars. Emails can automatically be sent to event invitees. Businesses may determine who may create events, including customers or anonymous internet users, for example in reserving time slots for a doctor's office.
